Return policy

If you’re not happy with your order, you have 14 days to send back any jacket you don’t like to keep.

We will provide a full refund for any items returned to us. All garments must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and have their original tags and labels attached.

How to return your order

  • Let us know: Email us with the subject line: Return + Order #
  • Pick a carrier of your choice.
  • Shipping charges are your responsibility (you might be eligible for a PayPal return refund).
  • We recommend using tracked shipping. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipping.

*Important: Ensure information for customs is filled correctly: Add a printed copy of the invoice inside the packaging marking the items you want to return. Your carrier will provide you with a label for customs. Mark the field “Returned Goods”

Refunds

Once we have checked your returned items, we will immediately initiate your refund. All refunds use the same method of payment that was chosen for the original payment. The date on which the money will actually be credited to your account or credit card depends on the provider of the payment service. In some cases, it may take up to 5-10 working days to appear on your statement.

Exchange

The fastest and easiest way to exchange items is to return all unwanted items to us (as outlined above) and reorder your new desired items as usual via our online shop. As soon as we have received your return, we will immediately refund the original purchase price.
